Challenge: To simplify and standardize the ordering process for a financial services client. Multiple applications needed to be rolled into one solution with the ability to incorporate an approval process.

Our Solution: Utilizing web-to-print technology, we developed an online portal where orders are submitted for everything from letterhead and business cards to customized information kits for prospects. Rules were programmed into the system to determine whether an order needed to be rerouted for manager approval or could continue directly into our production workflow. This enabled sales representatives located across the country to have sales kits fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours and marketing material that needed frequent updating to be printed on-demand and distributed in a cost-effective manner, eliminating wasted inventory.

Challenge: A premier provider of central heating, cooling and water heating services across NY, NE and NJ was looking for a way to manage the renewal process for their service contracts. The goal was to use one process that could incorporate the variations associated with operating in multiple locations.

Our Solution: Using a combination of inventoried items and variable data templates, we are able to provide our client with a cost-effective solution that deals effectively with the different requirements for each region. A secure file transfer protocol was developed for receiving data and a monthly schedule was established to ensure the contract renewals would be mailed on schedule.

Challenge: To find a way to encourage prospective customers who test-drove a vehicle at a local car dealership to come back to the showroom, greatly increasing the possibility of closing a sale.

Rivkind’s Solution: We created a 1:1 marketing program. Each prospect was entered into a database, and within 48 hours a variable data personalized postcard (see below) was mailed to them. It displayed the vehicle they drove, the name and contact information of their salesperson and copy enticing them to return. The entire cost of the first year of the program was covered by the sale of just one vehicle!
